The Librarians: Film Screening and Discussion In-Person
NorCal Public Media presents a free film screening of Independent Lens documentary The Librarians. Film screening begins at 2:00 pm, followed by a panel discussion about library collection development and the impacts of censorship.
The panel discussion will feature Anthony Chow, Director of the SJSU iSchool; Justin Wasterlain, Assistant Director of the Peninsula Library System; Thomas McMahon, Deputy City Librarian at the San Mateo Public Library.
Advance registration encouraged, but not required.
Note: If the room meets maximum capacity, we will admit entrance on a first-come, first-served basis.
