Introduction to Genetic Genealogy
Genetic genealogists are identifying remains, solving crimes, helping adoptees to identify their biological parents and family medical history, clearing up family stories, and breaking down brick walls that withstood traditional genealogical methods. This session is a brief overview of how genetic genealogy works. We'll cover some highlights from adoption and brick wall cases.
Presented by Kate Penney Howard. She is a genetic genealogist specializing in breaking down challenging research barriers with DNA. She brings decades of experience in family research and hundreds of successfully solved genetic genealogy cases.
