Painting a Legacy: The Search for Anna Judah In-Person
Christine Pifer-Foote, guest curator with the California State Railroad Museum, will present the fascinating life of Anna Judah, 19th century artist and wife of Theodore Judah. Hear the story of their mission of making the dream of the Transcontinental Railroad a reality. Ms. Pifer-Foote will also describe her three-year research journey and how she discovered one of Anna Judah's lost watercolors. This event will be in the Oak Room at the Main Library.
